<p>As a professional fitness trainer, Vince knows that starting any fitness training program &#8211; no matter who you are &#8211; with any of the following issues is absolute suicide:</p>
<p>Upper Body and Lower Body Flexibility Training &#8211; if your as stiff as a board then your body is SCREAMING for an injury.</p>
<p>When I started the program my weight was 165 and my body fat was 23%, right now I&#8217;m 186 and my body fat is 13% !!!</p>
